Individuals may continue to order from our website, or by contacting HFS. Booksellers may contact their regional sales representatives, or HFS. Our sales representatives will process bookstore orders as normal. Checks should be issued to Hopkins Fulfillment Service. All open invoices and creditshave transferred to Hopkins Fulfillment Service.

Returns Policy
Current editions of clean, resalable books may be returned within 18 months of invoice date. No prior permission is required. Customers must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All stickers and sticker residue must be removed.
  • A debit memo must be enclosed stating the reason for the return and the original invoice number(s). Credit will be issued at the highest maximum discount if invoice numbers are not supplied.
  • All shipping charges must be prepaid.

Damaged Books/Shortages
Claims for shortages or for books received in defective condition must be returned within 30 days of invoice. Defects must be noted on the packing slip when books are returned.
