Robert S. Birchard

A work film editor, Robert S. Birchard is also known for his extensive work
in the field of motion picture history. He is an author and contributing writer
for many books. He has also written notes for the Pordenone Silent Film Festival
and his numerous articles have appeared in many publications. His In the
Beginning segment of the Discovery Channel's Hollywood Chronicles
series won a Silver Award at the Houston International Film Festival.
