ANTHONY JAMES JOES
Area of expertise: Military History, Counterinsurgency and Guerrilla Warfare
Anthony James Joes is professor of political science at St. Joseph's University.
He received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania
and was visiting professor at the U.S. Army War College from 2001-2003, where
he taught courses on counterinsurgency. Joes is also the author of 12 books,
and has delivered several invited lectures to the Central Intelligence Agency.
