“We’re celebrating the incredible legacy of The Trustees’ Table Director of Dining Elizabeth Kremer. In 1968, Mrs. Kremer developed a menu with Shaker-inspired dishes and traditional “Southern” fare. She was a beloved figure in the region and known for her delicious fried chicken, tomato celery soup and Shaker lemon pie.
