Thomas D. Clark Studies in Education, Public Policy, and Social Change

The goal of this series is to discuss the history as well as the policy--past, present and future--of education in the Commonwealth and place these issues of Kentucky education into a broader national context. The series promises to enhance the academic climate in the College of Education and increase its visibility, while also contributing to the knowledge base of education in Kentucky. This series seeks to improve the understanding of the tasks and opportunities that define present educational issues in Kentucky.
